Inside Ticketing: Answering Your Questions

On the second Mondday of every month, a member of the Georgia State Ticketing staff will give InsideGSUSports a look at what is going on in their department. Over the course of every month, each department will be featured at least once. Coming next Monday: Communications.

In the ticket office, there are two questions that are most popular right now: managing your online ticket account and when will basketball season tickets ship. Hopefully this post will help.

Manage Your Online Ticket Account

Your Georgia State Sports AccountManager is your one-stop shop for managing your tickets. You can renew your season tickets, forward your tickets, update your email subscriptions and contact information.

To access your Georgia State Sports AccountManager, please use your email address and password to login here. If you do not know your password, please click on Forgot Your Password and follow the online instructions.

In 2014 we plan on rolling out mobile tickets for football and your Georgia State Sports AccountManager will put you in the driver’s seat for mobile entry.

Basketball Season Tickets Shipping Update

Men’s and women’s Basketball season tickets/flex plans are schedule to ship the week of Oct. 21st via UPS. To ensure proper delivery of your season tickets confirm your mailing address on file by logging into your Georgia State Sports AccountManager.

Also note that UPS cannot deliver to a P.O. Box. If you have a P.O. Box as your current mailing address your tickets will be shipped via United State Postal Service.

If you would like to pick up your tickets in person, please notify us by calling 866-GA-STATE or via email at tickets@gsu.edu.

Until next month,
–Tyler Wilcher, Ticket Manager
