Poll of the Week: Which Georgia State Event Are You Most Looking Forward to This Week?

Some Panther programs are finishing up their regular seasons, while others are just beginning.

With a busy slate of events this week, which event(s) are you most looking forward to either attending or watching. Obviously, we are cheering for everyone, but you only get one vote.

Here are the candidates:

Men’s Soccer vs. North Carolina – The Panthers face one of the most prestigious programs in the country in Chapel Hill, N.C.

Volleyball vs. UALR/Arkansas State – Head coach Tami Audia’s squad looks to continue its winning ways with matches on Friday night and Saturday night in the Sports Arena.

Women’s Basketball vs. UT-Martin – The Panthers open the season in the Preseason NIT on Friday night against a UT-Martin squad that has advanced to the NCAA tournament in each of the last three years.

Men’s Basketball vs. Southern Poly – Head coach Ron Hunter and crew open the season facing Southern Poly in the Sports Arena. It will be the Panthers only home game in November.

Last week fans voted that men’s soccer had the best week of all of the GSU programs after impressive wins over Furman and Appalachian State. Head coach Brett Surrency’s club captured 36 percent of the vote, with volleyball coming in second place with 26 percent of the 50 votes cast.
