Inside PAC: Ways to Support Georgia State Athletics

On the first Wednesday of every month, a member of the Georgia State Panther Athletic Club will give InsideGSUSports a look at what is going on in their department. Over the course of every month, each department will be featured at least once. Coming Monday: Marketing.

Together we are building championship-caliber athletics program at Georgia State. The men’s basketball Sun Belt Conference regular season championship is evidence of this movement (click the image to experience video below)! While alumni and friends of the University took pride in this success, we need you in order to continue building champions together.

How your support builds champions at Georgia State

PAC members and season ticket holders are central to building champions at Georgia State. How? Gifts made through the PAC and the revenues from season ticket sales are used to address the highest needs of the department to fund necessary expenses for our student-athletes to compete. Some of these costs include:

  • Academic support
  • Recruiting
  • Travel to competitions
  • Equipment
  • Uniforms
  • Other necessary support for student-athlete success

The more PAC members support Georgia State student-athletes, there will be more opportunities for championships in competition and in the classroom.

The most impactful way to support Georgia State Athletics as a whole is to make an unrestricted gift to through PAC. Other opportunities to supplement current sports budgets are available through a restricted gift to one of the following areas:

o   Baseball
o   Basketball (Men’s)
o   Basketball (Women’s)
o   Cross Country (Women’s)
