Inside Ticketing: Mobile Tickets Now Available

On the second Monday of every month (or a few days early in this case), a member of the Ticket staff  will give a behind-the-scenes look at what’s going on around its area and the department. Over the course of every month, each department will be featured at least once. Coming Thursday: PAC

Mobile Tickets

The Georgia State Ticket Office is proud to introduce mobile ticket entry for the 2014 football season.

My Georgia State Sports Mobile AccountManager allows you to access your tickets directly on your smart phone, which can then be scanned for entry into the Georgia Dome for all 2014 home football games.

Follow the steps below and read our mobile FAQs if you have further questions.


Log on to My Georgia State Sports Mobile AccountManager at










View “My Upcoming Events” and choose the game you want to view.










Select an action and choose “View Your Tickets”.

Select all seats you wish to scan for entry.

Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click “View Your Tickets” button.










You’re ready to scan your tickets.









If you are an iPhone user, you can also add your tickets to Passbook.

If you selected multiple tickets, you may swipe or press “Next” to go to the next ticket. You do not have to go back and repeat the entire process for each seat.


Q: How do I access mobile tickets?

A: You can manage your tickets using your mobile device by logging on to My Georgia State Sports Mobile AccountManager. Once logged on, go to the event you would like to manage, select an action and choose “View Your Tickets”. Your ticket will then be displayed and can be scanned for entry into the Georgia Dome.

Q: What type of phone or mobile device do I need to use mobile tickets?

A: Any smartphone or mobile device that has internet capabilities and can access the account manager website can be used to access mobile tickets.

Q: Can I forward tickets to friends on their mobile?

A: Tickets can be transferred to friends through account manager at no cost. Once the recipient receives their tickets on their account, they can use the “View Your Tickets” option to display their mobile tickets and enter the Georgia Dome.

  1. Select the specific seat(s) that you wish to transfer/forward.
  1. Tap or click the “Transfer to a Friend” option and follow the prompts to enter the name and email address of your recipient.
  1. Once completed, you will receive a confirmation email and your recipient will receive an email prompting them to log in or create an online account. From there, they can accept or deny the tickets you transferred.

PLEASE NOTE: For security reasons, transferring/forwarding a ticket online will automatically void your original ticket when the recipient accepts the ticket(s). There are no fees for you or your recipient to transfer/forward or receive tickets.

Q: My mobile tickets didn’t work and now I can’t enter the Georgia Dome. What do I do?

A: If you have any trouble with your tickets, visit the Georgia Dome Box Office located in the West Plaza between Gates B and C. Make sure to bring valid photo ID in order to verify your account.
