We’ll get things started with a natural candidate for a top player-coach duo, one that extends far beyond the court and continues at home. Indy Star – Annual All-Indiana College Basketball Team
With three Indiana products selected in the 2014 NBA draft, you’d think there would be less competition for spots on this year’s All-Indiana College Basketball Team.Think again.There’s never a shortage of Indiana talent in college basketball. There’s a bit of Hoosier-dom sprinkled all over the country. From Cal-State Fullerton to Vermont, there are at least 148 Indiana-bred players on 71 Division-I teams. Read more

ESPN (Insider)  Sun Belt: Georgia State on Top
Georgia State finished 17-1 in Sun Belt play last season, a full five games ahead of second-place Western Kentucky. The Panthers did not make the NCAA tournament, however, after losing to Louisiana-Lafayette in overtime of the Sun Belt title game. Coach Ron Hunter’s team returns two of the league’s best players and thus will be a heavy favorite to win the regular-season title for a second consecutive season. Read more

While plenty of players have hops and can recreate classic dunks, this from Georgia State’s Isaiah Dennis is one of the more impressive ones. Only 6-foot tall, Dennis jumps over three GSU teammates, including 6-10 Curtis Washington, before slamming it down.  Read more
