Men’s Basketball Number of the Game: 70

Georgia State continues its three-game Sun Belt Conference home-stand facing UALR on Saturday at 2 p.m. in the GSU Sports Arena. .If you can’t make it out to the game, listen to the game on 1340 The Fan 3 or 1230 The Fan 2 or watch live on PantherVision HD.

Georgia State has won 18 of its first 19 games since returning to the Sun Belt last season. The Panthers also enter the day with a 17-game home-court winning streak, tied for the ninth longest in the country. A hint to today’s Number of the Game, it has to do with winning.

As you know, running through the entire season, the InsideGSUSports blog will present the Number of  the Game, a quick number and explanation of its significance before tip-off.

Senior Ryann Green has now been a part of 70 wins in his three-plus seasons at Georgia State. He is just four wins shy of tying Devonta White and Rashaad Richardson for the third-most wins in a four-year stretch. The school-record of 83 wins held by Lamont McIntosh and Donnie Davis could be in reach before the season is over.
